Snow...here we come!

Yippeee! It is almost here....our snowie vacation that is. We leave tomorrow heading north to Taos, NM...via Lubbock, Tx. Maggie will be spending several days in Lubbock at her Grandma and Papaw's (Todd's parents) house while we get away with my parents for a few days to ski.

We are so excited to go. This will be Todd's first time at skiing. I am confident he will catch on quickly. I have not got to ski since my junior year of college...but it is one of my favorite things to do.

We plan on skiing until we can't ski anymore, dipping in the hot tub, watch some movies, play some games, and catch up on quality time together!

We would appreciate any prayers for safe travel and safe skiing! Love to all and have a good weekend!

P.S Pictures of the trip to follow in the next few days....

More hodge-podge pictures...

Another day at the park...who knew we could have such a beautiful warm day in February?

Being silly...and muddy!

Big girl!

Lets just say...we both accidentally found the mud! Ahhh, will our shoes ever be the same?

Can you say..."hollywood"?
An action video of the slide...

Mommy and her girl!

Ready for the ride home!

Maggie loves to play this game with her daddy and his hats....Where is our girl?

There she is...with a cheeto in her mouth! P.S please note the weiney dog, aka "crumb catcher" ready for action.

Daddy and his girl, Sunday morning ready for church! How do you like those Sunday "curls"?
I am the most blessed gal in the world. These two are my heart and whole world!

This is a booboo picture...Maggie had another busted lip. Ouchie! I am afraid she inherited my clumsiness, poor girl! But, couldn't you just get lost in those sweet blue eyes!

A hodge-podge of pictures from the last few days!

We love going to our park/playground in our neighborhood. It is a perfect distance away, that mommy and the dogs get some much needed excercise...but not too far that Maggie tires out in the bike wagon or stroller. Our girl is getting pretty brave and quick on the slide.

Ready-1-2-3 Go!

Cody & Buddy holding down the bench!

This slide almost got the best of her...but she made a great recovery.

Cutie pie Maggie...we love it when she sports her piggie-tails!

Maggie and her GiGi! All smiles....

Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines Day to all!

We hope that even though this is the holiday to show love, that we as a family take the time to show and express love to all of you...all of the other days!

We treasure and love our family and friends! God Bless You today and Always!

Our sweet little Valentine...sharing her flower!

Isn't she so big!

Just for fun...this is Maggie's Valentine picture from last year.
I cannot believe the difference in just one year. This time last year, she was about 8 months old, only crawling and babbling, and had 2 tiny little bottom teeth just coming in. Booo, hoo, hoo...sniffle, sniffle! Today, she is 20 months old, walking-running-climbing, talking up a storm and has 12 teeth!
Enjoy and savor everyday.
My mother always says, "When you are a mommy, the days can be so long sometimes, but the years...so fast."
So true, huh!
Thank you Lord, for our sweet Maggie Caroline!
